    Crackley Hall School

    We are excited to be looking to appoint a suitably qualified teaching assistant, with experience and training in Early Years. The successful applicant will ideally join Crackley Hall at the start of February 2025. This a permanent, full time, term time only post. Consideration will be given to significantly part time and a slightly earlier / later start for the right candidate.

     

    Working closely with the class teacher, you will provide support and assist teachers in the development and education of the children in our school. We see our teaching assistants as a key part of the team in the classrooms, who can have an enormous impact on teaching and learning. You will be a part of the planning as well as delivery of the lessons and will be expected to contribute to the ongoing assessment of pupil progress.

     

    This is a permanent full-time role for 37.5 hours per week, term time only plus INSET days, (36 weeks per year). Working days will be Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm including a 30-minute unpaid break (8.00am to 3.45pm considered for the right candidate).

    The starting salary for this role is between approximately £24,375 and £25,331 per annum full time equivalent, (£19,328 to £20,086 actual) by negotiation, for  37.5 hours per week, 36 weeks of the year, and is depending on qualifications and relevant experience. This is based on point D5 to D8 of the Foundation pay scale.
