Catering
Our aim is to manage the Foundation’s catering services such that we balance the provision of healthy, nutritious, tasty food alongside the reduction of waste and other negative environmental impacts.
Working with our caterers, we will provide a broad variety of fayre which allows those eating to make informed choices through Carbon Footprint menu labelling.
We have already embarked on a programme to reduce packaging and remove disposable containers and cutlery while increasing our use of local producers and suppliers.
